JIP ROOKE CONSULTING LTD began life back in 2008, as a Sole Trader entity, AW Consultancy.  At that time we specialised in providing an interim bid management service to support clients win public sector contracts.

By April 2012 it became apparent there was a strong appetite across a number of sectors for a specialist bid management consultancy to partner with companies to provide bid winning solutions and AW Consultancy became JIP ROOKE CONSULTING LTD.

We now provide solutions to:-

  • SMEs that are either entirely new to bids, RfIs and RfPs or have limited experience, partnering them on a journey to win contracts that enable them to bring their innovative solutions to their specialty market
  • SMEs who have a few years experience in bids, RfIs and RfPs but require additional resource to lead, manage and navigate through the more technical aspects of large-scale public sector contracts and high value B2B / PSL opportunities
  • FTSE 250 clients that require a fresh perspective on articulating their competitive advantage to increase win rates
